Financial Analyst 4 - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Juniper Networks

Specific responsibilities include the following :

• Own, implement, manage, and maintain various automation projects independently understanding Business and stakeholders requirements.
• Advanced SQL development skills and Tableau Report performance optimizing skills.
• Experience in automating excel worksheets into tableau workbooks.
• Must have proven track record in creating complex Alteryx workflows with experience in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Expert in Alteryx. SQL, Tableau is a must.
• Experience with Hyperion, Business Intelligence, SAP, and Oracle are a plus.
• Experience in SharePoint designer and SAP ECC module preferred.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in Tableau Charts Graphs KPI, Marks cards, Shelves and use of page shelf, Reference lines and trend lines, Dual axis charts, calculated fields, Data source connectivity, Tableau architecture.
• Must have worked with various databases like Snowflake, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and IBM DB2 etc.
• Capable of integrating data from different databases by pulling the data into a single Tableau Database to build reporting solution.
• Tableau-Desktop and Server knowledge
• Understand end to end Upstream- Downstream processes, how they impact business, transactions and stay on top of issues.
• Understand business needs and identify projects to support meeting those needs.

Qualifications :

• Graduation with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of Critical Business Processes and Organization concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex technical problems into simple elegant solutions understandable by non-technical business partners
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
