Job Description

: ERP analysts assist with developing and maintaining a company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. By customizing and configuring the workflow, the analyst can ensure proper integration of the server/client application.
Key Result Area:
I. Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and test team understand them clearly to go about their tasks
II. Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective
III. Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution
IV. Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
V. Work with the end users to help them understand the changes. Help the users to work with the new solution. Help the client in managing the solution such that there is minimum resistance to organizational changes due to the newly implemented solution.
Required Skills:
I. Strong Communication Skills
II. Client Side Training and Implementation
III. Client Side support to all Employees
IV. Act as bridge between Client & Support Team of ERP.
V. Basic SQL Knowledge of understanding Queries
Desired Skills:
I. Knowledge in Accounts apprenticeship
Educational Qualification: BSc/ BE IT/ Degree in Mechanical / Production
Experience: 2-4 years in field
