Hi Candidates

Greetings of the day

We are hiring for,

Repayment Profile

The candidate will be responsible to call the customer who have not paid the bill on time and

try to resolve the issue the customer is facing.

Competencies:

1.Should have at least 2 year of experience in Customer Support calling activity

2. Should have Collections background handling financial products.

3. Should have Role Experience of minimum 1-2 Years in Domestic Call Centre.

4. Should be well versed in English && Hindi Language written and oral.

5. Should be able to empathize with the customer.

6. Should have basic understanding of credit cards.

7. Qualification : HSC and Above

Candidates with working experience with credit card company will be preferred.

(Fresher's also welcome for both the profiles with Good in English communication and thought process)
