Job Brief:
We are looking for a Merchant Services Specialist to provide testing support for their customers on their payments platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to test company's payment flows and provide support to internal teams and external customers. This role requires working cross-functionally with partner support, project management and program management teams. and first-line technical support teams to deliver high-quality support. The role also involves performing testing and verification of integrations between client and the company, troubleshooting and reporting and tracking the issues till closure. We are looking for a self-reliant person, a team-player and a fast learner with problem solving and communication proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assist merchants/clients with their integration in testing and validating integrations, and troubleshooting and solving issues.
Proactively work to Create product coverage outlines which map out product features and capabilities.
Work with external partners (LPM) to coordinate test setup, review test results, and resolve testing issues.
Communicate test results and findings through verbal, written, and/or visual reporting.
Managing multiple merchants onboarding and tracking their connection status at same time
Use issue trackers and other tools to catalogue, prioritise, and track support requests from inception to resolution
Take ownership of support issues to ensure they are tracked until resolution within expected timeframes
Assist level one support teams in resolving issues.
Skills:
2 - 4 years of Mobile App and Web testing experience.
Proven experience leading medium to big projects.
Experience working in a distributed team setting
Ability to create tests or test ideas from lightly-defined requirements or short task/story descriptions.
Ability to test flows on Web and Mobile interfaces,
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and thrive in a self-motivated, fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
Work efficiently with colleagues across time zones and different cross-functional teams
Ability to initiate, prioritise, and complete projects under minimal supervision
