The company has grown to be one of the largest film studios in India. It's the only privately held and fully integrated studio in India producing and having produced over 80 films. Job Description:
Social Engagement, Content Writing [long & short form] & Conversations: responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms)
Define: Strategies to build/enhance the follower/fan base and to develop channels that strengthen engagement.
Collaborate: Closely liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered.
Think on your feet: Real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing.
Curate: Contests and other theme based tactical campaigns.
Relationships: Build, network and manage relationships with fan clubs, influencers and other key people from the domain.
Facilitate: Outreach and strategic cross-promotion Analytics: Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions. Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity - find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns.
Study: Competition analysis and pre-empt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Represent: Spirit of the company and be its number one advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
A knack and love for writing.
Familiarity with social media/web analytics platforms and monitoring.
Knowledge of measurement tools and ability to respond.
Familiarity with managing blogs, discussion forums, ratings, and reviews.
Experience in managing social media platforms and online community management.
Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a Team player.
Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
