Job Description

Ensure the all RM / PM available as per plan / forecast
Ensure the serviceability of the order as per monthly commitments
Ensure the smooth scheduling of manufacturing and packing process
Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches
Optimum utilization of all the machineries and manpower
Coordination with CFT's for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets
Evaluation of the new projects (Development / Tech Transfer)
Preparation of CapEx proposal and scope of work
Acting as single point of contact for new partners and VSI
Ensuring smooth transfer of new projects
Coordination and follow ups for all the requirements for new projects
Monitoring of Projects, preparing detailed project schedule and tracking
Identify and manage all project related issues, and resolve in promptly to avoid any delays in project schedule and negative impact on budget
Provide regular, structured updates to the Management
