Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring for a Senior Associate to support a new capability to track & manage small release projects at scale. We are seeking a driven candidate that is willing to build process as we go and execute on a high volume of projects to support the business.
Position Duties
Interface with stakeholders to understand their needs and will design and implement go to market projects.The candidate must be capable of establishing a very collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product stakeholders to support the achievement of departmental goals. Ability to work in fast paced environments and drive decisions is preferred.Oversee the creation and ongoing execution of the operational readiness checklist and assessment for business divisions to standardize what attributes of a release have an impact on business processes.Develop or modify processes, documentation, CRM requirements, reporting, and other elements that result from executing go to market plans.Communicate expected impacts and process changes to all personnel.Develop readiness function in alignment with release readiness program and strategic direction of Cvent.

Candidates Requirements
BE/BTech preferably in a Business, Engineering, or Technology discipline; MBA preferred 1-3 years of post qualification work experience in a mid/large company or as a management consultant to such companies Exceptional ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings and progress in a concise manner

Excellent communication (spoken and written) and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels Project management experience including but not limited to stakeholder management, scope, cost, risk and time management Comfort working with and presenting to more senior staff and leadership, including building consensus and navigating disagreementSelf-starter, action oriented with strong recognition of schedule
