Core responsibilities to include Architecting, designing the product and be able to work with Product Management, Customers and Consultants to implement the product.
The team currently comprises of 50+ associates in India. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team

What you ll do:
Understands business requirements of various JDA product suites as needed with an understanding of the focused product business requirements.
Has a comprehensive understanding of the application domain, of customer and user needs, of our existing product suite and of the competitive landscape and uses this foundation to contribute to the product vision for new features and products.
Acts as domain expert and advocate for best business practices for the product development team.
Provides functional thought leadership to QA engineers and testers.
Creates functional specifications as required and presents the documented requirements to the stakeholders for feedback.
Ensures that the solution design and execution developed effectively meets the business objectives of customers and end users.
Acts as the hub of the stakeholders (both internal and external) for the application, interfacing with the product management team, stakeholders, early adopter customers, services, and the platform team.
Contributes to planning and review meetings.
Assists product management with prioritization of new requirements.
Responds to functional queries both from internal and external sources.
Works with UX designers to improve user experience.
Validates new features and their impact on existing features.
Demonstrates the new functionality to stakeholders for feedback.
Participates in planning sessions with key stakeholders to develop enhancements that support business scenarios.
Assists in the identification of business scenario data to be used during the development process.
Provides cross-training and education to internal and external departments.
Reviews test scenarios and test cases.
Acting as a SME, reviews the training material for the external organization.
Reviews product documentation of both existing and new features.
Reviews the functional testing requirements of each feature.
Responsible for functional validation to ensure features meet stated requirements.
Develops a solid understanding of JDA product areas from a performance perspective and ensures RASSUI requirements are specified.
Coordinates product requirements, product adoption, and integrating with business, engineering, and support teams.
Assists PMG with overall corporate product readiness execution to support launches, demo releases, sales readiness, and support awareness trainings.
Explains functional requirements to the development team.
Assists PMG to support current implementations, demo preparation, demo delivery, and interactions with SIG and UG.
As a SME, resolves functional questions and issues for external and internal customers.
Assists PMG to deliver product presentations and webcasts to clients for specialized topics.
Mentors business analysts and functional analysts.
Assists PMG to train sales and account managers on product features, positioning, and strategy.
What we are looking for:
8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Management
Experience with Blue Yonder products is a plus
