Job Description
Location:Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Gurugram/ Bengaluru (Remote)
Experience:2 to 3 years(Experience in Blockchain technology, associated ecosystem, and technology developments in the space)
Salary: hike on last drawn
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Key responsibilities:
- Execute client projects in the BFSI space.
- Manage client engagements at any given time and work hands-on on client projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality client deliverables with actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends and technology disruptions that can, directly and indirectly, impact the financial services industry.
- Focus on building a knowledge base and proactively suggest new topics and areas of research that align with the clients' interests.
- Collaborate with other teams as and when required (for client projects that have primary research, analytics, content, etc. components in addition to secondary research).
- Ensure effective client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in creating secondary research studies across the financial technology domain.
- Good to have experience in BFSI domain technology, such as Blockchain.
- Proficient in writing articles and creating detailed thought leadership papers and research papers.
- Good understanding of the emerging technologies and financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of the functional areas of the banking business.
- Proactive and self-motivated with an eye for detail and a keen interest in learning and expanding the knowledge base.
- Good research skills, the experience in applying an in-depth understanding of technology disruptions and their impact on financial services to build critical proprietary assets in the Banking Practice Area.
- Good understanding of the fintech market and its landscape, offerings, trends, etc.
- Familiarity with technology-led innovations in the banking sphere.
- Familiar with emerging trends in digital transformation, and regulatory landscape pertaining to tech and banking and financial tech developments.
- Experience in creating market insights, competitor analysis, and industry studies in the financial services industry.
