Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Works closely with technical resources to ensure they understand the business needs in their solution design
Assists the Practice Leader with user, team and business communications as required
Documents business requirements and may map them to functionality within Microsoft Dynamics
Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written and may configure functionality
Support the team to plan, prioritize and complete multiple concurrent tasks in an environment of changing deadlines, priorities and requirements
Support client with increment planning and MVP development
Identify technical challenges and risk for both the customer and product development team
Provide expertise and guidance in backlog prioritization techniques
Works with users to support business applications, and investigate operational problem/system requirements
May assist in configuration, administration, testing and training as needed to support technical and business resources
Consolidate inputs from developers and collectively provide inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement etc.
Analyze in detail resources required for every phase, conduct estimation of time utilization of different resources and activities, prepare resource and development plan or provide inputs and review
