Sr. Area Manager
Main Purpose
Building trusting relationships with channel partners within the assigned territory with the objective of selling company products, growing sales revenue and market share.
Principal Accountabilities
To meet the prospects, induce them to buy, taking orders and effecting sales.
To ensure timely collection of all invoices so as to keep minimum outstanding payments
To provide extraordinary customer service to channel partners in order to earn their trust and loyalty.
To generate market demand thru Brand Promotion activities and by implementing Sales Schemes and Loyalty Schemes aimed at Dealers/Distributors/Influencers
To source, select and recommend appointment of new Dealers/Distributors to achieve new business and extend and improve market share
To track sales performance against set targets and other relevant performance indicators to improve sales efficiency on a continuous basis
To ensure timely reporting to the Management on all aspects of his selling activities.
To provide Management useful Market Intelligence on Competition, and latest industry trends to enable timely and effective responses.
To improve job knowledge and product knowledge on a continuous basis to become more effective on the job
To ensure team members are adequately trained, rewarded and retained.
