Job Description:Reviewofclinical documentation and diagnostic reports as appropriate,i.e., to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10-CM/CPT-4 codes for billingand reporting.

Certification: CPC/CIC/COC/CCS

Requirement:

Should have a good knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology

Basic Computer Skills

Candidate should have a good understanding skill

Coding and Auditing of Medical Charts of different specialties

Ability to multi-task

Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed

Roles and Responsibilities;

Review the medical conditions, history, examination and treatment plan of the patient.

Work with software tools to convert the health information to codes.

Submit the codes online to the insurance.

Maintain productivity targets and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:Any graduate preferably life science.
