Job Description

Incoming inspection which received from Work shop , supplier , vendor Follow the planning sheet and execute the blasting and painting work as per the Delkor or Clint spec. Execute the Daily maintenance of blasting and painting equipment (Compressor, blasting hoper, air drier, Painting pump etc.). Preventive & periodic Maintenance of blasting booth and painting booth. After blasting and painting, self-inspection to be carried out correlate with tag number and offer for QC for inspection with Log book entry. Give proper guidelines to the painter for which paint to be applied DFT as per the specification Stripe coat and miss coat and Offer for inspection in every interval of paint and final inspection . Once inspection complete preliminary packing to be done . Paint requirement to be calculated and given to the painter reduce the paint waste. Empty drums to be kept in hazardous room Paint kitchen to be well Maintained.
