Job Description

We have two different openings in Accounts Executive for the Mumbai location

* Accounts Executive- Receivable (Day shift)

Roles and Responsibilities

1)     Good Communication
2)     Good in MS Office (Especially Excel)
3)     Experienced in Preparing Different kinds of MIS Reports.
4)     Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime (Sales, Payment Etc Booking)
5)     Min 3 to 4 years Accounting Exp (AR)
6)     GST 1, 2, 3
7)     PNL
8)     Internal/External Audit done for company or 3rd Party.

* Accounts Executive -Collection (US Process) for night shift

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Good Communication.
2) Should have a working knowledge of MS Office e.g. Excel, Outlook etc.
3) Willing to work on any shift time mostly from these two 4 PM to 1 AM or 8 pm to 5 AM.
4) Accounting Experience will be added advantage.
5) Experience in US Collection Process will be good.
