Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Audit closure
2. Internal Audit closure
3. Preparing financial statements standalone/consolidated management accounts.
4. Preparation of IFRS financials for reporting purpose.
5. Preparation of Management committee presentation.
6. Analysing of actual performance with budget and previous areas.
7. Deferred tax working for standalone entities.
8. Reporting to Joint ventures for Jointly controlled entities performance.
9. Assisting in Financial Due diligence for Acquisition/Disposal/New investor purposes.
10. Hedge Accounting
11. ESOP accounting
