Roles and Responsibilities

• Identification of PSUs, Corporates, Govt Organizations, etc.
• Strategize connecting with the targeted companies/organizations
• Introducing the concept of Retirement Planning and how Bajaj Capital is eminently suited for that.
• Selling the services of Retirement Planning with a focus on Client satisfaction, relationship building and revenue generation.
• Hand hold internal frontline and client facing managers in the execution of the plans.
• Maintaining and strengthening the relationship with existing client organizations.
• Effective interface with all internal stakeholders.
• Comprehensive stakeholder mapping and its regular update.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA (preferably with Finance as major)
• Over 10 years of experience in handling Public sector/ Govt Organizations/ Corporates.
