Job Description

The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have a flair for new and evolving technologies and has the vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal:

With: Sourcing, Operations Supply chain teams.

Purpose: To ensure order fulfillment

External:

With: Specific Customers

Purpose: To ensure all SLAs are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Account Management Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
  • Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS
  • Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders
  • Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables
