FCS Software Solutions hiring Fresher for Business Development Executive (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Experience: 0 - 5 years

Roles and Requirements

• Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients
• Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Lead generation, Hard core IT sales and Cold calling.
• End to end sales process from lead generation to closure of deal
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Effective Negotiation and Presentation skills
• Target oriented
• Open For US Shift (08:30 PM 05:30 AM)
• Candidate should be having technical education background.
• Responsible for generating & closing new leads.
• Maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates having excellent communication skills
• Should be available to work from office in night shift.
• Must have International Sales experience.
• Target oriented.

Qualification:

• Any Bachelors Degree.
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate having international BPO experience must apply.
