Roles and Responsibilities

• Need 5 year + experience
• Major experience in reconciliation or any other form of operational experience in Custody or investment bank
• Experience to manage key stakeholder and should have good domain knowledge and deep process understanding
• Should have an experience to lead a team size of 5+
• Must have experience to managing Supervisors and Analyst group
• People management skill is a must
• Communication should be fluent and should be able to take strategic decisions
• Should have good understanding of technology and latest updates to deal with Transformation and Automations
• Must be aware of PEX, Lean and other quality related expects to help implementing when needed
