Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
We are hiring for New Donor Acquisition/New Implementation project acquisition for an impact sector.
Location-Pune
Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
Salary- Upto 8 Lacs P.A
Education /qualification needed: Masters in CSR Management or any other relevant Masters qualifications
Candidate should have existing strong network in impact sector, should have worked in similar capacity for 2 to 3 years. willingness to travel within city and between cities - 60%.
1. Proven success in the area of work. Leverage existing Donor Network. Create stronger network in relevant sectors cities. Excellent referals from industry.
2.Analyzing risk and opportunities and preparing proposals and budgets for submissions 3.Enthusiastic and committed
4Stakeholder management and documentation.
5.Create a strong pipeline for future projects and new donors
Skills:
1.Excellent understanding of financials.
2.Candidate must positive attitude and problem solving skills
3.Should have excellent communication skills.
4.Influencing skills
5.Self Starter
6.Understand and consider the needs and impacts of your own work on others
7.Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
