Position - Area Sales Manager

HQ : Cochin / Trivandrum / Calicut ( Kerala State )


Experience: Minimum 8 - 15 Years of Experience in in Channel Sales out of which min 05 yrs. team handling experience should have.

Industry Experience: Building Material, Paints, Sanitary ware / hardware, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, FMCG, Retail etc.

Compensation: Best in Industry

Education: Graduation (Preferably Science graduate/MBA)

Job Description:

  • New business development from existing and new customers. Responsible for the business targets of the territory / Region.
  • Distribution Management - B2C / Channel Sales
  • Market Development - To handle all activities related to Sales & Marketing etc.
  • Sales Management - To handle part of state and drive business
  • Responsible Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the for primary & secondary sales
  • Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential
  • Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines
  • Team Management & Work on growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities.
  • Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths

Skills Required:

  • Graduates with prior experience in Channel sales or distributor Sales.
  • Candidate should have experience in Sales and Currently working for Building Material, Paints, Sanitary ware/ hardware, Retail, FMCG, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals etc.
  • Should have excellent relations with trade and Dealers, Distributors & Retailers.
