Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations etc.
2. Handling legal matters relating to Commercial Law, Competition Law, Labor Law and other Laws & regulations relating to the business.
3. Drafting and vetting of various Agreements.
4. Ensuring compliance under various Regulations which are relevant to the manufacturing business
5. Maintenance of Secretarial Records.
6. Interact with concerned Functions to arrive at the key points to be covered in an Agreement.
7. Respond to Legal Notices.
Desired Candidate Profile
CS & LLB with minimum 7-12 years of experience from manufacturing industries.
