SITEL Mumbai is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

Job Details:

1. Age: 19 years to 35 years

2. Minimum Qualification HSC

3. Maximum Qualification Graduates ( HSC Freshers, BE and Btech Not Considered ), HSC + 12 Months Exp Required

4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

6. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Experience: Any Under Grad with 12 Month Exp. /Graduate Freshers can apply.

Job Profile:

International Voice (Technical Support)

Responsibility : Provide Technical Support to customers on calls.

Shift Timings : Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.

Desired Skills : Need Excellent Communication skills in English.

Must Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software and networking Concepts)

Working Days: 5 days working.

Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split)

Transport : Home Pickup and Home Drop.

Rounds of Interview : HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.

All Interviews will happen over telephonic and Video Call.

Note : Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office.
