We are hiring for "Tech Lead- Infrastructure Operations"

Locations: Gurgaon/ Noida (Currently Work from home- Permanent)

Shift Timing: 2- 10:30pm, fixed, no rotational, no night

*Cab facilities

Experience- 7-10years

Skillset Required:

• Mandatory: System Administration experience in supporting & managing Windows-Server 2012/2016/2019 Platform + VMware vSphere Platform, handling following activities: Production Support, Queue-handling, lifecycle-management of Server-Infra & developing automation solutions in support of operational deliverables
• Mandatory: 7+ years of SME-level expertise with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 & VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x/7.x
• Mandatory: Hands-on Scripting experience in either of the following: PowerShell/Python or any other coding language
• Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in Configuration Management Tool, i.e. Ansible or Chef/Salt/Puppet are some of the popular Config-Mgmt. Tools
• Mandatory: Should have solid skillset & experience in supporting, managing & developing solutions in AWS Cloud Environment, VMware & Hybrid Environments.
• Experience in Automation/ scripting using Ansible or Power shell is must as well.

Must Have:

• Design, build, and support SLA driven large-scale Computer systems (RedHat Linux), applications & services that reside on them.
• Perform technical assessment of existing operations processes, design, develop, integrate, and implement automation solutions, and provide advice on business strategy, policy, security and review technical plans/instructions to avoid application resiliency issues.
• Participate in daily executive meetings to discuss critical incidents and active Priority 1 incidents, failed changes and other alerts.
• Engage into Critical Operational issues on Red Hat Linux or AIX, perform Root cause Analysis and support the team as SME.
