Should have experience to work for Non IT recruitment.

Should have experience in Mass hiring, sales hiring, volume hiring.

Should have good knowledge of all recruitment portals(Naukri, shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, Times jobs etc)

Good Communication.

Have experience of screening, mass mailing, job posting ,Recruitment & on-boarding process
