Roles and Responsibilities

Good hands-on experience in Business Requirements Gathering, Implementation, Upgrade and Support, Data Conversation & Migration, Reporting, preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design, and Test Cases documents.

• Played a vital role in Development, production support & maintenance projects as a individual contributor.
• Involved more into Data loaders such as HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Excellent Hands-on experience in developing and customization of reporting tools such as BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and HCM Extracts.
• Involved in Developing Fusion Actions, Value sets, Lookups, Personalization& Extensibility and Flex Fields (DFF, EFF & KFF).
• Excellent Hands-on experience in Security and Role Customizations.
• Involved in the creation of Infolets, HR Dashboards, Dashboard prompts, User Text Interface and HCM Page Configurator.
• Experience in implementing Global HR and Absence Management from scratch to go-live functionally as well as technically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and also, have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
