Greetings from BVR People Consulting!!

We are looking for SCM professional who got experience in IBP and SCM Digitization, Strat & Analytics Lead at Bangalore

Role - IBP and SCM Digitization, Strat & Analytics Lead

Experience - 8 To 15 Years

JD -

This role is a part of the Global Supply Planning organization primarily responsible for working closely within Supply Planning with Asset Planning team DS & DP, CMO Planning Team and S&OP/ SCOps team to roll out IBP right from Construct state and expand digitization of the Global SC Planning team across sites

This position will develop, align, digitize and publish all the SC Planning analytics from RM/PM OTIFs, Production and Quality Commit vs Actual with root causing on gaps, Forecast accuracy,

This role will also be responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining IBP in Global SC Planning

This role will also be responsible for driving Digitization and Automation in SCM with IT.

The role holder is accountable to the Head of S&OP, IBP, Digitization, SC-Ops, Order Management within Global SC planning for delivery of the roles and responsibilities.

High Proficiency in Excel functionality.

Good understanding with experience of Supply Chain essential, preferably Pharma

SAP and SAP IBP/ APO and/or JDA and Kinaxis hands on in Supply Planning. Preferably involved in design/ construct and implement of planning tools.

Functional and hands on experience on Power BI, Tableau, Python along with data management systems

Planning concepts clarity.

Strong Analytical ability

Plant PPIC concepts clarity, prior experience essential

At least 1 to 2 IBP implementation/ roll out/ support experience in any of the modules

Should have business process knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and S&OP

Knowledge on configuration of Planning areas, Master data, Attributes, Time profiles, Key figures, Planning Operators etc. in IBP

Should have experience of working with TS based supply optimization on SAP IBP

Knowledge of CPI-DS integration of SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA for master data and Transaction data is an added plus

Experience around data migration, testing, training, Go-live and Post Go-live support is an added plus

Experience around configuring analytics and dashboards for S&OP on IBP
