We are looking as Regional Medical Advisor for largest Pharma/ Biotech Company .
Role - Regional Medical Advisor.
Number of open positions- 4
1. Delhi Region - 1
2. Mumbai Region -

Qualification - MD
Experience - 2 To 5 Years.
Responsibilities-
This role will be responsible for Specific Region Medical Affairs activities for assigned existing Products / therapy and disease areas, collaborate with Commercial teams, training etc to drive medico-marketing activities, actively contribute to Medial activities with external experts,/ KOLs, implement Product/TA specific approved medical initiatives,
Scientific Engagement and Interaction with Health Care Professionals (HCP)
Provide and discuss scientific information/data with healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of medical and scientific information on new treatment options, and selected areas of therapeutic interest.
Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to relevant stakeholders.
Develop professional relationships, build advocacy and gain contributions of thought leaders and decision makers.
Participate in the selection of appropriately qualified physicians as speakers of medical education in round table meetings (RTMs) and other scientific programs.
Collaborate with clinical research teams, advise/recommend potential investigators for various studies
Conceptualize, initiate & manage the implementation of Phase IV/Real world data generation, analyses and publication(s).
Facilitator/speaker in Advisory Board/Scientific Expert meetings/national and international conferences/scientific session related to brands/TA.
New Product evaluations for portfolio expansion.
Support in Central/state Market access projects.
Medical Education for HCPs.
Provide valid scientific response to all the Medical queries from the customers regarding the products and therapy area involved.
Maintain high ethical standards of work in daily operations & contribute proactively to a clean & scientific image for the community
Proven understanding of the needs of individuals living with chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer, or other autoimmune diseases as well as pressing public health issues, including at pharmacy and HCP level.
Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of regulatory bodies, advocacy groups, government bodies that impact communications and reimbursement
Understanding of guidelines and best practices for developing and executing patient outreach programs and events.
High degree of professionalism, maturity, business understanding, and passion is must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making (right attitude, team player).
Highly motivated individual with the flexibility and creativity to excel in a rapidly growing and changing environment; confidence and organizational skills to independently work on multiple tasks
Must be willing and able to travel.
