Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Recruitment: including sourcing, selection, offer and on-boarding
Culture: Engage with all members in the plant and proactively identify and address areas where trust can be built
Time Management
Engagement: Design and implement engagement agenda for the plant
HRMS Ownership for all members, that includes, attendance and payroll
Analytics: Actively track leading HR metrics and ensure steps to improve plants performance
Admin: Be the single point of contact for all HR operational requirements for members
Contract Labour: Ensure compliance and availability of contract labour as per the requirement
Compliance: Adherence to laws, filing of returns, and liaison with local officials, and representatives.
Desired Candidate:
Accountability: the person should display ownership of their work and ensure that deliverable are completed in time with quality
Initiative: the person is the peoples champion in the unit. He/she should be able to spot trends on the shop floor and be able to develop solutions proactively
People Connect: Liking for engaging with people, collaborating with them as their partner, and building trust
Analytics: Ability to understand plant's operations and be able to identify and improve important metrics (culture, cost, quality)
Experience: In a plant set-up in HR Operations, and with knowledge of the local language
Education: Preference to members with Masters in Social Welfare, but not mandatory
