Responsible for reporting, planning, and forecasting of sales
Meeting sales targets
Oversee collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims
Responsible for developing and owning the strategy for the sales.
Within this role the individual will have to establish and maintain strong Retailer/distributer
relationship and partnerships,
Manage profitability, optimize pricing, proper budgeting, forecasting and identify means to
improve the experience.
We are seeking a business leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates good analytical
skills, excellent business judgment, strong relationship/vendor management and negotiations
skills, deep curiosity to uncover how things work.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's market base &
ensure its strong presence
Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities and conduct competitive analysis
Responsible for knowledge management, development of self and others
Responsible for appointing and handling Supervisors and BA (Beauty Advisors)
Promoting current and new products, category schemes and any special deals
Beauty Industry Experience will be an added advantage
