Job Title: Quality Engineer/ Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Salary Range: Competitive with the market

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: B. Tech. [60% and above in 10th, 12th, Graduation]
Experience: 2-5 years

POSITION SUMMARY

Mission: To ensure that all software developed is tested thoroughly and all bugs are fixed before it is deployed in Production.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand requirements and come up with comprehensive test case list.
2. Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing, defect logging, etc.
3. Prepare detailed test plan based on project requirements.
4. Understand and follow all the standard procedures in QA team.
5. Understand technology and domain areas for the tasks assigned.
6. Be a good team player and communicate with various teams and also handle conference calls.
7. Share new insights, if any, with team members.
8. Train and bring new team members on board.
9. Contribute to automation and performance testing.

Required Skills:
1. Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.
2. Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes.
3. Good technical and debugging skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train others.
6. Good Oral & Written communication skills and able to handle conference calls and meetings.
7. Good knowledge on Web technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, HTTP and Ajax.
8. Good knowledge in Database and UNIX.
9. Good programming skills.
10. Should have hands on experience in Web and/or Mobile automation.
11. Experience in Performance testing is an added advantage.
12. Able to quickly adapt to changing needs of the business.
