Job Description

Major responsibility

Person will be responsible for driving overall revenue & growth across B2C & B2B channels
Individuals passionate about healthcare and changing the face of it in India
Understanding of growth channels - e.g. digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation. Some experience in driving B2B sale/tie-ups will be a plus
Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives & daily sales operations - e.g. store-front/sale-events management, pricing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate tie-ups

Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer group towards common objective/goal
High on ownership - End-to-end program management across all initiatives for timely execution
Ability to derive deep insights based on data analytics & regular customer connects

Required skill:

Minimum 4 yrs of work-experience post MBA
Presence of mind, at all times. While it may sound relatively easy and an omnipresent quality, a combination of situational awareness and an ability to proactively address concerns & anticipate issues
Great interpersonal skills and Growth-mindset attitude
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
