Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinates with departments in Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd togather requisition requests and understand the specifications and
responsibilities for the requested positions.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges,
employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing
organization information, opportunities and benefits, and building a
relationship for future sourcing needs.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing
responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job
requirements
Updates the employee database to integrate the pre and post talent
acquisition status.
Assists in Charge of Talent Acquisition in the evaluation of applicants by
discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
Maps all competitors hiring, for compensation and benefits benchmarking
to ensure quality talent is not lost
Informs selected candidates of the offer and drafts and dispatches the
formal offer communication
Obtains joining confirmation and joining date from the candidate and
follows up with them till the date of joining.
