1. Should have Knowledge in Kaspersky Antivirus, Forcepoint and Squid proxy and support.
2. Assist with Kaspersky Antivirus with respect to Prevention Programs in operations, Maintenance, Upgrading and Troubleshooting.
3. Provide administrative support for Kaspersky Antivirus and solutions.
4. Troubleshoot with agent communication issues with end points (Desktop, Laptop, Servers).
5. SOC tickets analysis with Kaspersky Antivirus EPO console and coordinate with respective stakeholders for closer.
6. Daily, Weekly, Monthly report status to Domain Manager.
7. Responsible for Security related incidents and provide a thorough post event analysis.
8. Plan and schedule changes by co-ordinating with Infosec Team to meet the overall compliance requirements.
9. Ensure adherence to quality and Security standards defined engagement of security process.
