In your role within Delivery Management youcontribute to the implementation of the operational excellence strategy withthe aim to create synergies out of common topics and ensure required level ofquality, consistency and harmonization, while generating efficiency for the organization.
You act as a subject matter expert to drive and furtherdevelop one or more of the following operational excellence areas: qualitymanagement, business continuity management, incident management, risk andinternal controls, competency knowledge management, continuousimprovement, performance management.
You Perform and control the full audit cycleincluding risk management and control management over operationaleffectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directivesand regulations.
You perform audit engagements by reviewingorganizational and functional activities to ensure risks are appropriatelyidentified, associated audit procedures are applied and related controls aredesigned and operating to mitigate the identified risks
You conduct business process reviews to assess theefficiency and effectiveness of operations as well as evaluate the design andoperating effectiveness of internal controls over the business cycles
You communicate audit findings via meetings withall levels of the organization
You act as an objective source of independentadvice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement. Identify loopholesand recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

You have a strong academic record in Accounting,Risk Management, Operations / Service Management, Finance or relateddisciplines.
You have at least 3-5 years of professionalexperience within Siemens and/or related industries, mainly in businessservices/Risk Management.
You bring intensive theoretical and practicalexperience in at least two of the following or similar areas: Risk Management, OperationalExcellence, Service Management, Quality Management, Knowledge Management,Continuous Improvement.
You have experience in driving change by generatingbuy-in, influencing skills, fostering teamwork and creating transparency withina global matrix organization.
Your way of working and communicating is open,proactive and inclusive, within your own organization as well as across layersand organizations.
Youhave the ability to establish productive working relationships across a diversecultural context with key stakeholders at all levels within Siemens and withbusiness partners.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
