Job Description

Designation: Sr.Executive/ Assistant Manager - Procurement- Gift Articles & print inputs

Job Profile:

• Assist to the Manager for sourcing strategy for Print/Gift promotional /Marketing items
• Procurement of Gift Articles & print inputs as per departmental requirements.
• Raising Purchase Orders for gift Articles as per marketing requirement
• Vendor Visit of Existing & New Vendor
• Floating enquiry to vendor.,
• Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
• Negotiate pricing and control costs as per the reporting manger's instruction
• Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
• Adhere with Company SOP for Vendor Development( like documentation, vendor visit etc)
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
• Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
• Maintaining proper records of POs & other Corresponding papers
• Reconciliation of purchase orders with GRNs
• Prompt communication of shortages, quality, packing and delay issues to vendor
• Sharing Daily report of Shortages / Production Plan and material status.

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• 8 to 13 years in vendor development/ purchasing of Gift Articles & Print Inputs
• Hands-on working knowledge in SAP would be added advantage
• Ethical working standards
• Male candidate preferred.
• Candidate nearby location is preferred.
• Early Joining preferred.
