Analog Layout

Experience : 3-12

1. Should possess good 3+ years of experience in analog layout.

2. Well versed with layout tools like Cadence Virtuoso Layout suite.

3. FinFET technologies experience a must 10nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm

4. Different foundry experience an added advantage

5. Experienced at overseeing all phases of Layout designing, from floor planning to ECOs and tape outs

6. Good Knowledge of LVS, DRCD, DFM, Antenna violation, and Matching techniques related to transistors, resistors and capacitors

7. Knowledge on various verifications flows like LVS/DRC closures, density fixes, Extraction, RV (IR Drop, EM etc.), DFM, HV errors, latch up fixes, pathfinder errors, antenna violations, ERC & ESD checks.
