Junior Business Analyst @ Proactive Talent

Job Description

:
Responsibilities
Work along with Clients to collect all the Business requirements expressed by them and educate the clients of possible improvements in the existing or envisaged system.
Document all the functional & non-functional requirements of a software product in a structured way and closely work with Team Leaders, Project Leaders, Testers and other individuals/parties to ensure that the requirements expressed by clients are correctly implemented in the software components/modules.
Prepare documentations like SRS BRD, FRS, User Manuals and other various flow diagrams
Perform various user acceptance tests to verify if the software product being delivered conform with the original requirements documented by him/her.
Provide necessary software demonstrations and trainings to the client and collect the feedbacks of clients and communicate them to the Software development team through well-established communication channels.
Find out real data to be used during tests and demonstrations of the software product
Provide support to project manager for successful delivery of software components/modules in time.
Support the software development team by educating them regarding the requirements
Handhold the end users in using the delivered software during the initial phase of the software deployment
Assist the project manager/development manager in identifying the skills and resources needed to implement a new system or to modify an existing system
Communicate with domestic/international clients for requirement elicitation and related tasks.
Travel to meet the clients at their premises as and when required


Key Skills
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
Very good communication skill in local language based on the deployment location
Very good working knowledge in MS Office software including MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Very good exposure required in preparing workflow diagrams using industry standard software tools
Expected to understand documentation using UML diagrams
Good understanding of tools and technologies used in software systems for desktop, web (Intranet/Internet) and mobile (Phones/Tablets) solutions
Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
Good team working and interpersonal skills required to enable working closely with staff at all levels throughout an organization, including managers, IT specialists and end user at client sites.
Good report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people.
