Executive Assistant cum Admin Executive @ Infinity Group

Job Responsibilities :

• Secretarial Administrative work
• Attending to visitors and phone calls
• Preparation and communication of the agenda of the regular meetings
• Maintaining the courier register, stationery and consumables.
• Maintaining the admin files in desired formats
• Support in maintenance of the equipment viz Gate Pass , Housekeeping , Pantry , Security , CCTV , EPBAX , Fire Fighting equipment,Access Control,Attendance System, Printing of the letter head , visiting cards or any other relevant document.
• Taking notes, preparing small reports and drafting mails for the directors
• Preparation of travel claims forms of Directors
• Take or confirm the appointments for the Directors
• Manpower Planning/coordinating for all the operations of the company.
• Suggesting and Implementing new Ideas for the growth and welfare of the company.
• Any other work related to.
• Candidates with IT background is mandatory.

Qualification and Experience:

Should be Graduate and good knowledge of MS-Office

Should have good oral and written COMMUNICATION skills.

Must be 2-3 years of Experience in the same field.
