We're Hiring for Sr Platform Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities :-
SEGMENT:
- Herald Logic
BUSINESS UNIT:
- Channel/ Distribution Management System
ROLE REPORTING:
- Product Lead
JOB PURPOSE:
- Deliver generic and customer specific module enhancements of the SW platform in
agile release cycles. Support the client solution teams with troubleshooting, bug fixes
and patches as and when required
JOB HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES& SKILLS:
Understanding business requirements and translate it into product requirement
Strong Programming skills and strong on data structures
Strong in Java stack of technologies - core Java, J2EE, Spring, Jersey, Hibernate like
frameworks
Strong in designing and architecture. Strong in design patterns, multi-thread
applications.
Strong database skills, SQL, database design, migration, backups etc
Knowledge of AWS services
Knowledge on webservers, deployments, api documentation, QA etc
Good knowledge on Version control (SVN, GIT or similar)
working knowledge of project management tools, bug reporting tools, QA tools is
expected.
Knowledge on Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks will be an
advantage
* Knowledege of Agile software development methodologies is an added advantage
Ownership for dev & release of modules / sub modules

platform. The platform supports digital origination , dynamic credit scoring and
decisioning with the required automated and human workflows. - Our clients include Banks, NBFCs as well as new age digital businesses

Education/Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BE/B tech or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- 4 years of SW development experience, preferably with atleast 1-2 years in a
product dev environment in a complex buisness application domain. (~ 2 years exp for
Developer, ~4 years for Sr Developer)
GENERAL SKILLS:
Attitude towards deliverable completion & release - Quality & On-Time
Good communication skills & Team Work

Logical Thinking, High Analytical aptitude
