Job Description

1. Good English Communication Skills.

2. Experience for DL1 min 6 months to 1 years

3. Basic Trouble shooting branded desktops/laptop /Printer hardware

4. Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows 7 10.

5. Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of MS Outlook 2013 /2016/O365

6. Basic knowledge of Windows Server/DNS/DHCP/AD & Network devices/Protocols.

7. Installation/ Configuration/ Troubleshooting of Symantec Antivirus or any Antivirus

8. Knowledge of ITIL processes.

9. Knowledge of Service desk functions, SLA, Response Time, Resolution time.
