About the Role

The Business Intelligence team within GSO is pioneering how we manage our BPO partner support data around the globe and generate meaningful business intelligence from it
To support this vision, were looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (you)

What you will do

Build and maintain Tableau / data studio dashboards
Create a data repository on Big Query (Google Cloud platform)
Design impactful presentations to share actionable insights and drive recommendations
Identify and automate processes wherever required

What you will need

1-2 years of work experience in Tableau, Excel and Google Data studio
Solid understanding of editing SQL queries and basic knowledge of Python
Ability to build and maintain dashboards with insightful visualisation
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Openness to stretch beyond the regular shift hours (when required) and deliver on tight deadlines, motivated to continuously learn, upskill and help other team members.
