2. Work location: #31, 3rd Floor, Above A2B Restaurant, Hebbal Outer Ring Road, Bhadrappa Layout, Nagashettyhalli, Bangalore 560094

3. Prior experience/skillsets required:
a. Primary domain knowledge should be US healthcare with a prior work experience in remotely selling US healthcare services from India.
b. Shall have an understanding in US medical coding process
c. Shall have excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with US colloquialism
d. Shall possess a clear neutral accent
e. Willing to work exclusively in night shifts
f. Individual with own transportation preferred.

4. Roles and responsibilities:
a. Responsible for generating new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
b. Previous experience in selling the coding serves and closing the sales independently.
c. Managing and updating the leads. Proficient in various sales software.
d. Shall prepare and conduct meetings with potential clients.
e. Responsible for developing strategies to explore new business opportunities in US assigned accounts.
f. Shall be able manage relationships with new clients after initial sale is completed to analyze satisfaction levels.
g. Shall manage collections targets, monthly reports, weekly business summaries, and customer database.

5. Reporting hierarchy (reporting to): Executive Director

6. Compensation details: CTC of about 12 lakhs p.a.

7. Career growth: Manage sales team to sell various healthcare verticals that the company is into.
