Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) Building the Agency through recruitment and development of FCs, Agency Managers and Advisors. Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
Recruit /Train FCs and advisors. Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets Enhance FC earnings based on vintage. Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
Focus on Customer retention. Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years Educational
Personal Attributes & Competencies Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
