ustomer/Client Success Manager

Location - Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Experience - 7 to 10 years (atleast 5 years in Customer Success)

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate customer onboarding process
Qualify, Capture and Convert leads
Governance of CS process and ensure compliance
Engagement strategy for all stakeholders.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Implement CS strategies
Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.
