Designation-Customer Support Associate/Inbound Customer Service(CSA).

Job Profile-
Have to resolute customers query Voice Call for an E-commerce Client.

Mandatory Criteria-
Min HS/12th Passed,dropout,graduate,10th + 3 yr.diploma holder can also apply.
Fresher & Experience both can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10 and connected through Broadband/Wi-Fi. Must have active antivirus
Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
Customer orientation.
Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts with 1 day rotational off.Day shifts for Girls.
No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy
Pan India Candidates can apply.
Age limit till 40 only.
6 MONTHS CONTRACTUAL HIRING
