Education Culture is urgently hiring the candidates for the profile of Customer Support Associate/Representative

Experience: 0.6- 2 years 

Role And Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be from Technical educational background like B.tech CSE, B.tech IT, MCA, BCA.
  • Candidate must have exposure to all the new modern technologies like Python, PHP, .Net and Machine learning, Basic knowledge related to IT domain and new modern technologies is required
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written so that he/she can manage the international as well as domestic clients
  • This job includes incentives and rotational shifts
