Job Description
Responsibilities Data entry operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information Enters alphabetic and numeric data from source documents, compares data entered with source documents, deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data Maintains accurate department files and documentation May compose and type routine correspondence emails Responsible for copying records as needed Responsible for answering department phones, processing calls, and forwarding and/or taking messages Responsible for data entry of orders (new and change) and quotes Maintains order files and is responsible for the storage of closed order files Responsible for checking and confirming purchase orders for accuracy Assists with customer expedites when required Performs all other department duties and functions as assigned or required May be required to sit for extended lengths of time This position may be subject to interruptions that may cause a change in immediate priorities and/or work focus Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_emailEmployement Category:
