Job Description

Responsibilities   You'll deliver meaningful and memorable solutions, and be a key member of the team that executes on our brand vision and helps drive the visual identity forward This person reports to the Associate Creative Director and will support our senior designers and other members of the Creative team, working cross-functionally across the organisation to ensure the high quality of our brand visuals on our website and across various platforms Design and execute on all sorts of briefs that support the brand, the monthly box subscription, the shop and our editorial production team Partner with the Creative Director, Art Directors and Editorial Directors to help translate strategic concepts and abstract ideas into tangible, refined designs Collaborate closely with our Production, Copy and Photo teams to manage, upload and preserve assets and content for our website and anywhere else needed Deliver compelling new ideas and design treatments for our social team to use, while still maintaining brand guidelines Participate in a thorough review and QA process, implementing revision notes with an exceptional attention to detail Cultivate relationships with the Merchandising team to help upkeep best practices and workflows for site maintenance from a visual perspective Contribute to the constant evolution of the BP brand and ensure consistency Support other designers with brainstorming solutions and additional projects     Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
