Job Summary
1. Managing the overall Purchase functions, Inventory Management Stores & Operations modules.
2. Ordering and Price negotiation with vendors.
3. Identifying & Developing New vendors in order to enhance product quality and reduce cost
4. Issuing and Monitor Purchase order to the vendor and ensure timely and correct delivery of material to user dept.
5. Preparing Price comparison sheet for all the orders to get it approved by FC or Directors
Liaison with vendors and internal customers.
6. Distributor level purchasing for the better rates & Efficiency to the Organization Co-ordination with Heads of Department on the development of a standard.
7. Forecasting Consumption, Market Condition and Availability of Material under various economic conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing overall purchasing of f&b product and all the consumable items require in hotel for day to day use.
